Here, few recommendations of restaurants in Rouen. As usual, all the restaurants get affordable prices.
I tried to recommend restaurants with different flavors. An Italian restaurant (Bacetto), two "French" restaurants (Simone & Crêperie Rouennaise), a restaurant offering West African dishes (Casari) and a Korean restaurant (this restaurant does not only offer corn dogs).
Here's what I ate at the Korean restaurant... YUMMY !
